In this role, you will steer the Vanier Institute’s initiatives, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Your experience must include over seven years in executive roles within the not-for-profit sector, focusing on creating impactful partnerships. By championing evidence-based conversations about families in Canada, you will help drive policy influence and broaden the Institute's recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization’s strategic vision and operations

• Build strong intersect oral partnerships for family initiatives

• Increase the Institute's media presence and public impact

• Manage funding sources and drive resource acquisition

• Encourage a collaborative approach among team members

Requirements:

• Over 7 years in leadership within a relevant field

• Experience in non-profit or governmental organizations

• Strong partnership-building track record

• Knowledge of family studies or social sciences

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
