As an essential part of our team, you’ll supervise 15-20 employees while managing barn operations focused on animal well-being and productivity. Collaboration with our corporate veterinarian will be crucial for monitoring animal health and ensuring biosecurity compliance. You’ll also coordinate efficient semen collection procedures and oversee equipment safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team performance and mentoring

• Ensure animal health through proper management practices

• Coordinate quality semen collection activities

• Maintain safe and compliant equipment and facilities

• Conduct employee evaluations and support growth

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in herd management preferred

• Proven leadership capabilities with direct reports

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid G-class license for operational needs
