In this key position, you will drive the Access Modernization and Patient Scheduling Project at CHEO, recognized as a leader in pediatric healthcare. Your expertise in project management will guide the transformation of scheduling processes to improve access for families. Collaborating with various teams, you will report to senior management and focus on the successful implementation of initiatives that require strategic oversight and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of transformation projects
• Build governance structures and present updates to executives
• Proactively manage project risks and changes
• Foster relationships across departments for integrated delivery
• Monitor project progress and recommend necessary adjustments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health or business-related discipline
• At least five years of relevant project management experience
• Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Proven experience in complex, multidisciplinary settings
• French and English bilingualism preferred
