• Mentor staff to help them achieve sales success
• Interact with members to identify and cater to their needs
• Provide answers and solutions for membership queries
• Ensure all guests feel welcomed into the facilities
• Manage and resolve any member concerns swiftly
Requirements:
• Over 2 years of customer service experience required
• 1+ years in a sales-oriented position preferred
• Demonstrated track record of sales achievements
• Availability for various shifts including weekends
• Commitment to personal development through training
