You will be responsible for guiding a proactive communications team, developing procedures that enhance the quality of our messaging, and ensuring alignment with Alto's corporate narrative. By effectively collaborating with internal partners and managing potential misinformation, you’ll contribute meaningfully to the success of innovative projects aimed at strengthening community ties and enhancing economic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach a team in delivering high-quality communication initiatives
• Plan and execute communication strategies that support corporate priorities
• Provide strategic communications guidance to internal stakeholders
• Develop accurate messaging to enhance company initiatives
• Collaborate with Media Relations on content and issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in communications or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years in corporate communications
• Proven team management experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Expertise in bilingual communications
Leverage your skills in both communications and leadership to support Alto's mission.
