Strategic Manager for Military Family Services

Shape the future of Military Family Services at CFMWS, leading effective program evaluation and performance measurement strategies. This hybrid role is integral to supporting those who serve.

As the Senior Manager within Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, you will provide leadership in Program Evaluation and Performance Measurement. Under the guidance of the Associate Director, you will create and implement standardized performance measurement systems to enhance the delivery of services to military families. Your work will directly influence the success of programs during transitions and challenges faced by families, fostering collaborative relationships across CFMWS and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the performance measurement strategy development

• Establish a new evaluation and reporting framework

• Analyze and translate data into strategic insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce duplication

• Drive continuous improvement in program delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or similar

• Extensive experience in non-profit community programs

• Proven skills in project management and policy implementation

• Strong leadership and innovation abilities

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
