Shape operational strategies with Swimming Canada as Chief Operating Officer. This executive role in Ottawa focuses on financial management, cultural leadership, and operational improvements in a hybrid setting.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will manage day-to-day operations while aligning them with the strategic plan of Swimming Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fiscal reporting and budget processes
• Foster a positive organizational culture and team empowerment
• Drive process improvements and SOP enhancements
• Lead the communication strategy and member engagement
• Manage direct reports across various operational portfolios
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial strategy
• Leadership experience with boards and committees
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
