In this pivotal role, you will support the Vice President while optimizing equipment usage and overseeing maintenance operations. Your responsibilities include budgeting, vendor negotiation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, creating a safe and productive work environment. Lead your teams effectively and leverage technology to enhance operations and achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for equipment utilization and productivity
• Monitor vendor performance and optimize contracts
• Analyze data to boost equipment effectiveness
• Prioritize equipment maintenance and safety training
• Manage and mentor multiple teams for operational success
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in senior-level equipment management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of equipment maintenance
• Ability to manage across various locations
