This Process Trainer position involves closely monitoring adherence to the WOW Operating Way while working directly with leadership to improve key business metrics. You will be responsible for conducting audits, training new hires, and collaborating with teams to promote best practices. Your insights will ensure that customer service and parts operations meet defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure execution of WOW Operating Way and training for staff
• Conduct internal audits and report findings to leadership
• Train and onboard new employees in the repair facilities
• Maintain compliance with operational processes and systems
• Manage customer follow-up and repair accuracy
Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience in collision repair
• Education beyond high school preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of management systems and practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and necessary travel
