Ideal candidates should have over three years of janitorial supervisory experience, showcasing excellent detail orientation and judgment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and train janitorial staff to meet quality standards

• Allocate work assignments per shift and area

• Quickly manage employee performance issues with documentation

• Perform regular inspections and quality checks

• Communicate project needs and customer feedback to management

Requirements:

• Preferred 3+ years janitorial supervisory experience

• Strong attention to detail and integrity required

• Ability to work independently and show good judgment

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
