This role requires strong leadership as you partner with the Department Manager to achieve service excellence and operational goals. Requirements:
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced changes
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
