As the Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding experience for Community Members at V!

VA Waterside. Reporting to the Community Director, you will oversee diverse teams in Concierge Services, Environmental Services, and Health & Safety while ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld. Your leadership will help the community maintain a welcoming environment and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative functions, including payroll and customer service systems

• Manage Community Member files and Concierge department communication protocols

• Lead maintenance and housekeeping operations for optimal service

• Guide Joint Health and Safety Committee and conduct training

• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the Community

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality or service management

• 3-5 years of relevant management experience

• Strong communication skills in leadership

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
