In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Capital Planning and Development Officer, providing leadership in establishing and managing the PMO within the Facilities Management, Planning & Development Department. Your expertise will help in aligning project initiatives with strategic departmental goals while mentoring and guiding team members in project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to develop departmental operational goals
• Manage annual planning for project prioritization
• Lead project management resources and initiatives
• Develop governance structures for capital projects
• Coach staff for professional development and efficiency
Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant discipline
• PMP certification is essential
• 10 years of related project management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
