Manager of Transformation at CMPA

As the Manager reporting to the Director of Strategy and Organizational Transformation, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at modernizing CMPA's operations. Your experience in organizational transformation and change enablement is key to developing integrated plans that align with strategic goals. Collaborating with senior executives, you will facilitate the people side of change and ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated transformation plans for enterprise initiatives
• Oversee strategy alignment discussions with leaders
• Advise on executive sponsorship and governance
• Embed change enablement practices across initiatives
• Establish tools for consistent change planning within the organization
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in organizational transformation experience
• At least 8 years leading teams and providing coaching
• Strong understanding of change enablement principles
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions
Lead transformation efforts and cultivate change capabilities to support CMPA's mission in the evolving landscape.
