Key Responsibilities:

• Manage smooth daily operations of programs and services

• Develop and track budgets and procurement orders

• Create effective marketing and business strategies

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Address and resolve any operational issues

Requirements:

• College diploma in Business Administration or related field

• Extensive experience in operational management

• Experience in policy, regulation and budget administration

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

• Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
