Foster a culture of wellness as a Member Experience Supervisor with Movati. Engage members and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service daily.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will act as a delegate to the Experience Manager, motivating staff to meet sales goals while focusing on creating a comfortable environment for all members. Your daily interactions will ensure members receive tailored support that enhances their fitness journey and overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support team members in reaching their sales targets
• Engage with new members to assess their needs
• Provide prompt resolutions to membership questions
• Create a positive atmosphere for members upon entry
• Assist in managing membership-related issues effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience required
• At least 1 year of sales experience needed
• Ability to share past sales successes effectively
• Flexible scheduling availability including weekends
• Eagerness to participate in continuous leadership training
