Enhance family medicine practices as the Project Manager for Team-Based Care at the College of Family Physicians of Canada. This full-time role includes project oversight and the integration of best practices.
In your role as Project Manager, you will manage the Excellence in Team-Based Care initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and innovation across family practices in Canada. Your expertise in project management and health systems will help identify success enablers and facilitate research documentation. You'll play a key role in maintaining communication flow among stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project execution and communicate progress
• Collect and synthesize best practice information
• Align project metrics with strategic priorities
• Organize and manage Working Group logistics
• Monitor timelines and budget for project requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Five years of related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian health care systems
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, English and French preferred
