In this position reporting directly to the Director of Community Hospitals, you’ll oversee the hospital's clinical and financial operations. A successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership and have extensive knowledge of nursing practices. Understanding diverse perspectives and applying conflict resolution skills are essential in this position to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical operations around the clock

• Account for hospital budgeting and human resources

• Communicate effectively with medical staff and stakeholders

• Enhance continuity of care through planning

• Compose clear reports and maintain thorough records

Requirements:

• Certification in ACLS and PALS mandatory

• Proven experience in Mental Health nursing

• Familiarity with staffing and management practices

• Self-motivation and cross-cultural awareness

• Experience with Meditech is preferred
