Your role will be central to transitioning to a national Shared Services model.
This key management position requires you to optimize standardized processes and ensure effective service delivery across multiple regions. Your leadership will drive operational excellence in AP and AR, enhance team performance, and refine financial practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the transition to a national Shared Services model for finance functions
• Assess and standardize AP and AR workflows
• Implement scalable operating procedures for efficiency
• Communicate key updates and manage stakeholder relationships
• Cultivate team development and continuous improvement culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 6-8 years in accounting operations with leadership
• Experience leading finance transformations or shared services
• Strong knowledge of AP and AR best practices
• Proven leadership and change management skills
Drive operational efficiency and enhance financial service delivery at Modern Niagara.
