As a full-time Manager, you will oversee science and methods functions, managing diverse disciplines like qualitative research and real-world evidence. Your leadership will guide the development and implementation of rigorous health technology assessment methods that align with CDA-AMC’s strategic direction and improve health system decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the team defining and refining HTA methodologies
• Ensure scientific credibility, quality, and consistency in methods
• Generate reports and publications to advance HTA methods
• Collaborate with business units for optimal method support
• Mentor and develop team capabilities in HTA methods
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in a health-related discipline
• 2+ years in quantitative, qualitative, or ethics research
• Knowledge of HTA methods and drug assessment standards
• Experienced people leader with a strong communication skill
• Ability to manage change and drive effective methodologies
