Northeast Environmental Manager

Position: Northeast Environmental Manager at Amrize
Lead environmental strategies for Amrize in the Northeast & Great Lakes. This role focuses on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and driving sustainable initiatives across operations.

As the Environmental Manager, you will spearhead environmental operations in assigned regions such as Ottawa. Your expertise will guide the implementation of policies aligned with Amrize’s priorities while maintaining compliance with regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate environmental goals with management across the region

• Monitor compliance issues and provide technical support

• Manage permits, renewals, and compliance audits

• Prepare timely environmental documentation and submissions

• Engage teams to meet environmental objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred

• 5-10 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
