Key Responsibilities- Lead the performance oversight for all subcontractors
- Develop strategies for risk mitigation and compliance
- Ensure timely reporting on subcontract costs and progress
- Facilitate the implementation of supply chain strategies
- Work within a matrix structure to coordinate program leads
- At least 15 years in contract administration or project management
- Proven negotiation and procurement skills
- Robust organizational and communication abilities
- Relevant experience in defense or aerospace sectors
- Proficient in managing complex military program requirements
