Position: Accounts Payable Leader at Modern Niagara
Lead the transformation of finance functions at Modern Niagara as the Accounts Payable Leader. This role guides the transition to a centralized Shared Services Centre for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will oversee AP and AR processes while ensuring operational excellence and standardization across multiple regions. Your leadership will drive improvements in efficiency and service delivery, partnering with various teams to facilitate a smooth transition. This role is pivotal for enhancing financial performance through updated controls and optimized workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the national transition to Shared Services for AP and AR

• Standardize finance processes across various regions

• Assess and improve current AP and AR workflows

• Manage and mentor AP and AR regional supervisors

• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders regularly

Requirements:

• 6+ years in accounting operations

• 2-3 years leading AP and AR functions

• Experience in shared services implementation

• Strong knowledge of AP and AR best practices

• Effective communication and change management skills
