In this role, you will lead the contract management processes while collaborating with internal teams. You will identify and analyze risks, offer strategic solutions, and ensure all contracts meet necessary conditions. Your expertise will guide senior management and support the success of significant construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct contract management processes including drafting and execution

• Identify, analyze, and provide solutions for risks

• Advise management on contractual issues and resolutions

• Oversee claims, disputes, and monitor contract conditions

• Conduct audits for adherence to legal requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field such as Business or Law

• 5-8 years of relevant experience with leadership

• Experience with Design Build and Construction industry

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage complex projects
