As the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee all key functions, including finance, technology, and culture within Swimming Canada. Your leadership will promote a positive, values-driven environment, enhancing collaboration across departments. You'll manage direct reports, ensuring their performance and development align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business operations and strategic alignment
• Lead finance, member relations, and communications strategies
• Foster a positive organizational culture through advocacy
• Manage direct reports, focusing on mentorship and development
• Oversee budgeting and fiscal reporting processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in budgeting and financial analysis
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of the Canadian sport system is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
