Lead project success as the Director of Program Management rsee account management, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business development initiatives across multiple projects.
As the Director, you will take full ownership of all services for major accounts while acting as the single point of contact for customers. You will collaborate closely with sales and the project management community to meet KPIs and promote NiCE solutions, ensuring effective delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and govern project implementation methodology
• Ensure accountability for multi-million revenue projects
• Oversee various account projects and manage individually
• Cultivate relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Major Account Program
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in account/customer management
• 3 years of management experience required
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Experience in the Contact Center industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
