Shape client care as a Personal Support Manager (RPN) with SE Health in Eastern County. Leverage your leadership skills to drive a team of dedicated PSWs in delivering exceptional services.
The Person al Services Manager role requires you to oversee a community PSW team, ensuring high standards of care through strategic management and operational skills. Your hands-on experience in nursing and previous leadership roles will enhance the performance of your team. You will cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes excellence in client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff to achieve or exceed performance targets
• Evaluate and develop PSW skills and competencies
• Handle incident investigations and risk management plans
• Ensure consistent execution of client care plans
• Lead communication efforts with staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Valid RPN professional license in Ontario
• Bachelor's degree or diploma needed
• Preferably 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Community nursing experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
