Lead innovative health communications for children and youth as the Knowledge Translation Manager at the Canadian Paediatric Society. Utilize strategic thinking and project management to enhance health outcomes through effective resource development.
As the Knowledge Translation Manager, you will implement and evaluate knowledge translation strategies to support high‑quality paediatric care. Work collaboratively with clinicians, stakeholders, and experts to convert evidence into practical tools, while overseeing health communication projects from initial concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate KT strategies for target audiences
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts on resource dissemination
• Manage relationships with external contractors for project success
• Draft and edit content, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Lead project planning and budgeting, managing timelines
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in health sciences or related field
• Minimum five years’ experience in health communications
• Proven ability to translate complex evidence into accessible formats
• Strong project management skills with supervisory experience
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities
