Senior CRM Program Manager

Become a Senior Program Manager with Leverage Tek, overseeing a 24-month hybrid contract in Ottawa, Ontario. Lead enterprise transformation in CRM optimization and customer engagement strategies.

This role requires a Senior Program Manager to spearhead a large-scale program, ensuring successful delivery across various project streams. You will coordinate with multiple teams, managing full project life cycles while maintaining governance and stakeholder accountability. Help drive business outcomes via effective leadership and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational oversight of CRM transformation programs

• Manage day-to-day program delivery and governance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

• Oversee budgets, financial planning, and performance accountability

• Interface with Executive Sponsors and senior leadership for clear communication

Requirements:

• 10+ years of extensive Program Management experience

• Proven track record in enterprise-scale CRM implementations

• Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders

• Experience in regulated environments and data modernization

• PgMP or equivalent certification preferred
