Position: Senior ITB Program Manager at Lockheed Martin

In this crucial role, you will oversee the ITB obligations for the River Class Destroyer while supporting the overarching Canada Industrial Development strategy. You will interact with various teams across disciplines and ensure that commitments are met on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage River Class Destroyer ITB obligations for CMS-330

• Coordinate with Lockheed Martin resources for projects

• Engage with offset organizations and understand customer expectations

• Develop, document, and support offset project plans

• Provide reporting and progress updates on offset commitments

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience in Offset program/project management

• Proven track record in international contract negotiations

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

• Familiarity with SAP and Confluence systems
