Regional Director

Position: Regional Director for Nisa Foundation
Lead strategies with Nisa Foundation as the Regional Director covering Quebec, Ottawa, and Halifax. This full-time role requires French proficiency and focuses on community impact and sustainable partnerships.

As the Regional Director, you will act as a senior representative for Nisa Foundation while overseeing regional operations across Nisa Homes Montreal and Ottawa. Your leadership will help align regional initiatives with national goals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Strong collaboration with the CEO and national teams will be essential for translating broad strategies into impactful local programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Nisa Foundation in Quebec, Ottawa, and Halifax

• Provide strategic direction for regional operations

• Oversee program delivery and community impact

• Implement fundraising strategies and donor relations

• Strengthen partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:

• Fluency in French is mandatory

• Leadership experience in non-profit operations
