This role is integral to ensuring efficient store operations while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. You will oversee stockroom management and contribute to strategic planning with store leadership. Your ability to coach and develop teammates will directly enhance the customer experience for athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Anticipate athlete needs for exceptional customer service
• Collaborate on 30-60-90 day operational plans
• Delegate tasks to optimize team efficiencies
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Maintain adherence to safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
• People leadership experience preferred
• Skills in scheduling and workload distribution
• Strong commitment to team performance and athlete engagement
