Manager of Maintenance Operations at CNL

Location: Chalk River

Elevate maintenance operations as CNL's Manager of Work Management. You'll oversee a dedicated team and optimize work processes to ensure safety and efficiency at our site.

In this critical role, you will manage approximately 40 professionals while executing maintenance strategies that meet safety and quality standards. Your leadership will facilitate the entire work management process, from planning through to completion of tasks. Building solid customer relationships and driving operational improvements will be key to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling operations

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and QA programs

• Manage a computerized asset management system

• Drive cultural changes and safe work practices

• Allocate resources to meet operational demands effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Proven leadership capabilities in operations settings

• Familiarity with nuclear or industrial environments

• Must meet security clearance eligibility
