Lead critical environmental monitoring at CNL's Chalk River site. This Manager role focuses on overseeing effluent, groundwater monitoring, and strategic risk assessments in a regulated environment.
As the Manager of Monitoring Programs and Risk Assessment, you will utilize your environmental science knowledge in a leadership capacity. You will direct multidisciplinary teams while engaging with regulators and clients to meet program objectives. This position combines your technical expertise and management skills to support national projects impacting public safety and environmental protection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee environmental monitoring and risk assessment programs
• Manage effluent and groundwater monitoring assignments
• Maintain the Environmental Data Management System
• Interpret client needs for solutions and risk responses
• Develop human resource strategies for succession planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science; M.Sc preferred
• Minimum two years in a leadership role
• Ten years of experience in technical projects
• Proven leadership in regulatory compliance and interactions
• Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance
