Position: CEO for Glebe Centre
Lead transformative care at the Glebe Centre in Ottawa as its Chief Executive Officer. This role demands strategic direction and operational excellence in seniors' services.

As a vital leader, the CEO will report to the Board of Directors and drive the organization’s mission forward. Leveraging extensive experience in healthcare or community services, you will ensure high-quality, person-centred care while advancing innovation and sustainability. Your proven leadership skills will build on a culture of collaboration, accountability, and responsiveness to community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for seniors’ care

• Oversee financial management and organizational performance

• Foster partnerships for innovation and long-term sustainability

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or community services

• Relevant university degree; graduate degree is an asset

• Understanding of Ontario long-term care legislation

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Willingness to complete Administrator Leadership Program
