Senior Permitting and Approvals Manager

Be at the forefront of the Alexandra Bridge Project as the Senior Permits, Licenses, and Approvals Manager at Capital Crossing Constructors. This position involves comprehensive regulatory approval management.

Directly reporting to the Project Director, you will leverage over 10 years of experience coordinating permits and approvals essential for the successful delivery of this major infrastructure project. Your expertise will ensure regulatory requirements are met while fostering effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct permitting, licensing, and regulatory approval processes

• Establish and manage a Permit Matrix for tracking

• Coordinate the submission of technical documentation

• Liaise with agencies, municipalities, and Indigenous communities

• Develop compliance strategies to mitigate project risks

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Valid RPP or P.Eng. in Ontario

• Over 10 years’ experience in relevant regulatory environments

• Background in municipal and environmental approvals

• Strong understanding of provincial and federal regulations
