This experienced Project Manager role is essential in overseeing the execution of automation projects, ranging from single-robot work cells to complex multi-robot systems. You will need strong organizational capabilities and technical fluency to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Building long-term customer relationships is a key part of this role, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own project scope, budget, schedule, and risks
• Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
• Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans
• Lead design reviews, kickoffs, and customer updates
• Ensure projects meet safety and contractual standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 6 to 10 years in automation and integration
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
• Familiarity with PLC/robot programming
• PMP certification is an asset
