Ottawa Airport Station Manager Position

Swissport is hiring a Station Manager to lead operations at Ottawa International Airport. This role focuses on performance, safety, and exceptional customer service.

As Station Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all operational areas including Ramp, Maintenance, and Passenger Services. With over 10 years in leadership roles, you'll ensure compliance with Swissport’s safety and quality standards while also driving growth and revenue. Stakeholder engagement, particularly with the Ottawa Airport Authority, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations and safety performance

• Direct preparation of operating budgets

• Evaluate P&L statements for improvement

• Strengthen relationships with customers and unions

• Implement corrective action plans as necessary

Requirements:

• Preferred college-level degree

• Minimum 10 years in leadership positions

• Experience in aviation preferred

• Strong multitasking and strategic analysis abilities

• Excellent English communication skills
