The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of Field Services customer projects in compliance with applicable company policies and processes (CPP4S - Customer Project Process for Services). This person will lead the project team and ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance across projects.

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

• Manage the execution of Field Services customer projects in accordance with applicable policies and processes (CPP4S) ;
• Lead the project team (design, planning, purchasing, contracts, on-site implementation, etc.) ;
• Ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance of projects ;
• Manage customer relationships and third parties within the project scope ;
• Be accountable for project execution in accordance with the contract and specifications ;
• Ensure timely project completion in compliance with safety and statutory requirements, and with a good level of customer satisfaction ;
• Anticipate deviations from plans and timelines, and escalation issues at the right time ;
• Improve project profitability and gross margin (GM) versus as-sold ;
• Master the project's sales forecast, book-to-bill ratio, and gross margin (GM) ;
• Demonstrate strong soft skills in negotiation, change management, and handling conflictual conversations with customers ;
• Maintain strong customer intimacy ;
• Manage the project team (internal relationships and level of cooperation within the team) from sales and tendering through to operational execution, with special attention to on-site logistics ;
• Collaborate closely with the sales team on change order management.

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT ;
• Bilingual (French/English) required ;
• Excellent negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution skills ;
• Strong customer relationship and team collaboration skills ;
• Availability to support multiple time zones across Canada.
