CNL is seeking a Manager for Monitoring Programs and Risk Assessment. In this critical leadership position, you will oversee groundwater and environmental monitoring, ensuring effective program management. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide diverse teams and interact with regulatory bodies effectively to shape major decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage effluent and groundwater monitoring programs

• Prioritize assessments and deliverables for project efficiency

• Operate and maintain environmental data management systems

• Predict client needs and respond to emerging risks

• Supervise staff and develop training strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, MSc preferred

• Minimum two years in a leadership capacity

• Ten years of technical project experience

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance

• Security clearance eligibility required
