International Education Project Coordinator

In the role of Field Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in executing the NJI’s Vietnam-Canada Judicial Capacity Development Project. This position requires excellent project coordination, communication, and logistical planning skills to ensure project success in collaboration with key stakeholders. The focus is on enhancing judicial education and promoting access to justice for women and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project partners and coordinate activities

• Handle logistical arrangements for delegations' visits

• Advise on Vietnamese legal matters impacting project delivery

• Keep management informed on progress and developments

• Assist with administrative duties related to event management

Requirements:

• Educational background in project management or event coordination

• 3+ years of experience in international project settings

• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese

• Proficient in computer tools, including Microsoft 365

• Willingness to accommodate flexible work hours
