Position Information

The Project Manager leads planning and delivery of New Campus Development technology initiatives, integration activities, commissioning, activation, and operational readiness work within the NCD Digital Experience portfolio.

Below are the main responsibilities of the role:

  • Manages strategic NCD projects spanning clinical technologies, integrated building systems (e.g.: Nurse Call), digital health solutions, audiovisual systems, automation, technology-enabled workflows, and staff/patients digital experience initiatives.
  • Engages with project teams, clinical and operational leaders, physicians, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Serves as the digital experience and integration subject matter resource for committees, stakeholder engagement, design coordination, workplan development, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and delivery of project objectives.
  • Develops project strategies, frameworks, workflows, and recommendations informed by NCD requirements, user engagement, integration planning, commissioning evidence, and evaluation principles.
What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant project management experience leading complex initiatives involving healthcare technology, digital systems, clinical systems, or biomedical technologies including engagement with clinical workflows and healthcare operations;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing leadership and coordination within complex project environments;
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities;
  • Experience coordinating project activities across technical, operational, clinical, and vendor groups;
  • Strong project management, planning, organization, and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional stakeholders in complex and evolving environments;
  • Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment.
