Director of Operations

Lead operations for Dexterra Group in Ottawa, with a focus on strategic leadership and technical service excellence. This role involves overseeing customer contracts while enhancing client relationships and business performance.

As the Director of Operations, you bring over 10 years of progressive leadership in technical services. You will manage a portfolio comprising multiple sites, providing executive guidance while engaging directly with teams and clients.

Your role ensures operational success through effective financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership across technical service contracts

• Lead and develop Area Managers and technical teams

• Manage full P&L accountability for assigned portfolio

• Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders

• Ensure KPIs and compliance requirements are met

Requirements:

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience

• Multi-site operations management experience

• Proven P&L responsibility and financial planning skills

• Strong experience in client relationship management

• Ability to combine strategic oversight with hands-on involvement
