Lead impactful change as Director of Transformation and Risk Projects at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. Drive strategic initiatives, risk management, and organizational development to enhance mental health recovery services.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director provides visionary leadership for enterprise transformation and risk management initiatives across The Royal. Key aspects of the role include strategic planning, compliance oversight, and emergency management. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of projects aimed at improving mental healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise strategic planning and transformation initiatives
• Oversee risk assessment and compliance measures
• Champion continuous improvement and change management
• Facilitate partnerships with healthcare and community stakeholders
• Champion emergency preparedness and organizational readiness
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field such as Health Administration
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare transformation
• Proven track record in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience with enterprise risk management frameworks
• Knowledge of Ontario healthcare regulations
