Mindwire Systems is in search of a Senior Project Scheduler to work onsite in Ottawa. Applicants should possess ten years of scheduling experience or five years plus a professional certification. This role focuses on managing and implementing master schedules for significant projects in the engineering or information technology sectors, ensuring successful tracking and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project master schedules

• Use Microsoft Project for effective scheduling and updates

• Integrate Earned Value Management into project tracking

• Foster communication among project stakeholders

• Adhere to government regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Valid secret clearance from the Government of Canada

• At least 10 years’ experience as a project scheduler

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Project

• Professional project management certification preferred

• Proven experience with Earned Value Management in the last five years
