Reporting to the Vice President of Conservation, you will guide strategic program development while overseeing collaborative teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on establishing conservation strategies

• Identify and address emerging conservation challenges
Requirements:
• Master's degree in ecology, biology, or a related field
• Over 10 years in conservation science or management
• Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in strategic and operational program management
• Proven history of building cooperative relationships
