FedEx Operations Supervisor Role

This Operations Supervisor position is essential in supporting Fed Ex's Safety Above All culture. You will oversee day-to-day sorting operations, mentoring staff on package handling and routing. Responsibilities encompass maintaining administrative compliance and addressing service failures effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sorting operations and Cargo Handler activities

• Train and mentor employees on proper package handling

• Ensure compliance with FXE policies and government regulations

• Resolve conflicts and improve business processes

• Communicate effectively with team and management

Requirements:

• College degree or 2 years relevant supervisory experience

• 2 years in Fed Ex sort operations preferred

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs

• Proven organizational and analytical skills
