Key Responsibilities:

• Direct facilities management and sustainability projects

• Implement operational frameworks and preventative maintenance plans

• Collaborate with senior leaders and partners for service integration

• Supervise procurement governance for quality and value optimization

• Coach and mentor facilities teams and operations managers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of facilities management experience

• Comprehensive understanding of Ontario regulations and compliance

• Proven leadership in multi-site facility management

• Strong financial management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Valid Driver’s License required
