Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise EVS staff and daily operations

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Develop quality control metrics for service delivery

• Cultivate strong interdepartmental communication

• Lead staff training and development initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or a related discipline

• Over one year of supervisory experience

• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
