Finance Director

Position: Finance Director Opportunity

This pivotal role involves overseeing a skilled accounting team of 12, enhancing financial processes, and providing essential insights for strategic decisions within the company. As you engage closely with the CFO, there is excellent potential for advancement to a Chief Financial Officer position within a few years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across various entities

• Conduct reviews of financial statements and performance metrics

• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors

• Develop cash-flow projections for better planning

• Enhance team performance through mentorship and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience

• Background in real estate or construction is advantageous

• Proficient in financial reporting and internal controls

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting software is preferred
